Helping Hands is operated by Helping Hands Global Solutions - FZCO, headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The following policies govern the use of our platform and our conduct as a technology-enabled CSR and social-impact organisation. They are provided in good faith and are reviewed periodically. Where a specific claim, authorisation or permit is referenced, it applies only where explicitly configured and substantiated by an authorised administrator.

v1.0 · Effective 2026These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Helping Hands platform operated by Helping Hands Global Solutions - FZCO ('Helping Hands', 'we', 'us'). By accessing the platform you agree to these terms.
The platform enables you to explore CSR programs, learn about social-impact initiatives, use informational tools such as the Zakat calculator, and — where a specific initiative is authorised for fundraising — make a voluntary contribution towards that initiative.
You agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information. Content, trademarks and materials on the platform remain the property of Helping Hands or its licensors.
Initiatives are coordinated with implementation partners. We make no representation of tax deductibility, charitable registration, or governmental approval unless such a statement is explicitly configured and substantiated for a given initiative or jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
